announces that the power point slides to be presented at its Annual Meeting in
Calgary will be posted on its website at www.connacheroil.com at approximately
3:00 P. M., May 12, 2009, for those shareholders unable to attend the meeting
in person.
    Connacher also wishes to advise that it will hold a 9:00 A.M. Conference
Call on May 13, 2009 to discuss its First Quarter 2009 ("Q1 2009") results.
